Need a website?
Need a website to promote your business,
your passion, your interests?
Let us help you build a website to suit your needs.
Website types
First of all, let us say that although there are many different types of websites, there are only 3 we can set up for you:
- the done for you website which is a website built for you and centered on a theme, a business or a service you want to advertise/promote. Examples of such a web site are:
- www.gcsconveyancing.com.au (a customer conveyancing site),
- www.sewingwithshirley.com.au (a sewing lessons customer site),
- www.dlbs.co.uk (a driving lesson booking service customer web site),
- www.jackibotansmua.com(my daughter’s make-up artist web site).
Such web sites can be edited, updated,… but you don’t do it yourself for whatever reason eg. don’t know how, no time, and so on…
- the self-managed website which is a website that, once setup, you yourself will manage, edit, add new content and so on… This website is an example of a self-managed web site as we do all the work on it ourselves. Other examples of self-managed websites are:
- www.mental-workout.com (where we add new articles and new mental exercises once in a while),
- www.listen2articles.com (where we also add new articles once in a while), and
- www.seo-analysis.com (also one of our own sites which we manage ourselves).
- the membership website where your members (free or paid) need to register to access content (information, ebooks, discount products,…) and/or comment on content posted on your site. This type of web site is essentially a self-managed website with a membership feature added to it that you yourself will manage. An example of such a site is our own www.mental-workout.com where we offer mental arithmetic tricks and mental exercises to our free members, and www.seo-analysis.com where we offer our paying customers free online resources in line with the product we sell.
- the ecommerce website which is a self-managed website specifically set up to sell things online such as digital products or physical goods. An example is our very own www.download-estore.com, and a www.simply-flowers.co.uk (a customer’s site that sells flowers online). Note that you can also have a done for you website that sells just a couple of things. Such sites generally do not require a shopping cart. An example is our very own www.seo-analysis.com where we sell online a customised report for our customers.
